Who can use HighHub
HighHub is only for adults 21 and older in New Jersey. By using it you confirm you are 21 or older.
What HighHub is
HighHub is an information service. It lists licensed New Jersey dispensaries and the products and prices on their online menus. HighHub doesn't sell, deliver or arrange the sale of cannabis. You order on the dispensary's own website, and that purchase is between you and the dispensary.
Prices and stock
Prices and stock come from each dispensary's online menu, refresh every few hours, and may be before tax, out of date or wrong. Always check with the dispensary before you buy.
Not medical advice
Effects shown in HighHub are what people commonly report, not medical advice. Cannabis affects everyone differently. HighHub doesn't diagnose, treat or cure anything. Talk to a doctor or budtender about what's right for you. Don't use cannabis if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and never drive after using it.
Other websites
Links to dispensary websites take you to sites HighHub doesn't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Use it fairly
Don't misuse HighHub: no scraping it, overloading it, or using it to break the law.
No warranty
HighHub is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, HighHub.AI isn't liable for losses from using it or relying on its information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
